Requirements

  • Some sales experience preferred; RV industry experience is not required.
  • Positive, coachable attitude with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • High energy, quick learner, accountable, and able to maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Strong verbal, written, and computer communication skills with consistent follow-up.
  • Honest, empathetic, results-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist them in selecting the right RV.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when answering questions and providing product information.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective and current customers to encourage sales.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused sales environment as a team player.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, dealership promotions, and industry trends.
