Requirements

High school diploma or GED
A strong desire to earn and succeed in a commission-based sales career (no cap on commissions)
Retail sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, customer-first attitude
Strong organizational skills
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Deliver a fun, informative RV buying experience for customers
Build lasting relationships based on honesty, integrity, and product expertise
Continuously grow your RV product knowledge through in-house and factory training
Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Maintain organized customer follow-up and communication
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
