Your focus will be on maintaining inventory accuracy, offering exceptional customer service, and collaborating effectively with our team. Requirements

Previous experience in a parts department, automotive industry and/or related field is preferred, but not required.
Strong customer service skills both in person and via phone and other various communication channels.
Ability to communicate and build rapport with all levels of the company, from customers to management.
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications; familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be self-motivated.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide a positive and informational parts and service experience for our customers both in-person and through various communication channels.
Build a professional relationship with customers based on honesty, integrity, and industry leading product knowledge.
Offer guidance to customers to assist them in selecting suitable parts as well as process and fulfill their parts orders with precision and attention to detail. Your goal is to be their main contact when it comes to their parts and service needs.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our parts inventory, including specifications, applications, and pricing through in house and factory training programs.
Maintain parts inventory by monitoring stock levels, initiating reorder requests, while maintaining meticulous records to ensure inventory accuracy.
Build and maintain a professional and long-lasting relationship with vendors and manufacturers that we order our parts through.
