Position Overview: The RV Parts Associate is responsible for managing inventory, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales of parts and accessories at Good Life RV.

Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts and accessories for their RVs.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations to meet customer needs.
Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Manage and maintain an organized inventory of RV parts and accessories.
Monitor the stock levels, reorder supplies, and conduct regular inventory audits.
Coordinating with manager and technicians on accessories needed for a sold RV.
Promote and cross-sell RV parts and accessories to customers.
Stay informed about new RV parts and accessories.
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Ensure visually appealing and well-organized display of parts and accessories.
Other duties as assigned.
