PleasureLand RV Center is the largest RV dealership in the Upper Midwest and has been serving customers since 1971 across ten locations. We are currently hiring an RV Orientation Specialist / Rental Coordinator to work closely with the Sales, Service, and Rental teams to ensure RVs are ready, customers are confident, and the delivery and rental processes run smoothly. This position plays a critical role in the handoff between purchase, rental preparation, and customer ownership.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience operating or owning an RV preferred
  • Knowledge of RV systems and equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic tool skills
  • Knowledge of LP and AC/DC appliances and generators preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Ability to work well with others and adapt to customer needs
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating or owning an RV preferred
  • Knowledge of LP and AC/DC appliances and generators preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Service teams to ensure sold RVs are fully completed and ready prior to customer orientation
  • Conduct engaging and educational RV orientations, teaching customers how to properly operate, maintain, and care for their RV
  • Ensure customers feel safe, confident, and prepared for their first trips
  • Review RV systems including appliances, electrical, plumbing, LP, generators, and basic chassis features
  • Identify and communicate any issues prior to delivery to prevent delays or surprises
  • Recommend parts and accessories that enhance the customer’s camping experience
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers through honesty, integrity, and product knowledge
  • Assist customers with rental inquiries and bookings
  • Coordinate rental schedules and availability
  • Schedule rental unit maintenance and turnaround with the Service Department
  • Ensure rental units are cleaned, inspected, and ready for pickup
  • Review rental units with customers at pickup and return to ensure proper operation and condition
  • Maintain clear communication between Sales, Service, and Rental teams
