WHAT YOU’LL DO: As our Rental Coordinator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience renting equipment from Pape’. Each day, you will manage inbound rental, service, and sales inquiries by phone and in person, deliver outstanding customer service, and process orders accurately and efficiently. You will maintain detailed daily activity records to ensure timely follow-up on customer requests, assist with general equipment maintenance and minor repairs, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Your ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly will be key to success. To thrive in this role, you must be detail-oriented, energized by a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive, winning attitude to everything you do.

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Basic mechanical skills.

Responsibilities
