About The Position

We are a busy, family-owned dealership, and we are hiring for our Cleaning & Reconditiongin Department. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping our RVs, boats, and dealership presentation spotless, from cleaning new arrivals and maintaining showroom and lot inventory, to completing detail-level cleans on sold units before delivery. You may also help with protective sealants, customer tow vehicle washes, company loaner vehicles, and sales golf carts. A few times a year, the team also supports offsite RV and boat shows by helping with setup and cleaning at fairgrounds and event centers. We are looking for dependable, detail-focused team players who take pride in their work and bring a hospitality mindset. Familiarity with common vehicle cleaning tools and products is a plus. We are growing the Wash Pad Team to support seasonal demand and hiring ASAP, with full-time availability preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs regularly.

Manual dexterity for operating cleaning tools and equipment.
Balance and care when working around vehicles, boats, and RVs.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with common vehicle cleaning tools and products is a plus.
Previous detailing or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of inventory on the lot.
Thoroughly clean sold boats, RVs, and vehicles inside and out before delivery to customers.
Wash customer tow vehicles as needed.
Follow dealership policy to ensure client vehicles are handled with care and operated safely.
Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, air hoses, vacuums, and brushes to meet standards.
Apply cleaning, protective, and restorative products to maintain the quality of inventory.
Perform other duties as assigned.
