About The Position
Our Indiana public sector client is leading a multi-year, federally funded rural health transformation initiative focused on strengthening healthcare delivery, workforce capacity, and health outcomes across the state. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
- Experience supporting clinical training, workforce development, or healthcare program administration
- Strong organizational and program leadership skills
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
Responsibilities
- Leading implementation of workforce development and clinical training initiatives
- Coordinating collaboration between healthcare providers, training institutions, and community partners
- Overseeing program planning, execution, and performance tracking
- Supporting grant-funded program administration and compliance activities
- Managing timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements
- Facilitating multi-stakeholder coordination to strengthen clinical training and preceptorship pathways
