Job Summary: Rules Instructor I is responsible for the delivery, implementation, and oversight of internal regulatory training programs to ensure full compliance with Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) requirements. Serving as a subject matter expert, this role works directly with the Senior Manager and Director of Internal Training to ensure the workforce maintains industry-leading proficiency in FRA rules, with a primary focus on 49 CFR Parts 214, 213, and 243. Rules Instructor I serves as a primary internal technical resource for railroad rules and safety compliance and provides essential support to Field Services teams by ensuring strict adherence to railroad safety standards, operating rules, and regulatory requirements.
