In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of RTV (Return to Vendor) Inspectors. You will provide clear instructions and guidance to ensure that returned products are thoroughly analyzed and accurately evaluated to determine whether they are allowable or non-allowable returns. Additionally, you will directly or indirectly plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of employees within the Returns Logistics Center to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree or Highschool Diploma with equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of Team TTI Field / RLC experience required or 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or returns operations.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Experience in employee coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Experience working with or alongside our retail partner, The Home Depot.
  • Knowledge of the RTV processes and return logistics.
  • Understanding and knowledge of Team TTI procedures, standards, policies, and expectations.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid United States driver’s license in your state of residence with at least one full year of driving experience.

  • Ability to work nights and weekends – Weekends may be required depending on the workload.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment full time.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of shift in the warehouse environment.
  • Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and requesting assistance as needed.
  • Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead.
  • Capable of using hands to maneuver small objects, assemble tools and build displays.
  • Applicants must be MS Office proficient.
  • Applicants should be self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning and time management skills.
  • Applicants must have the ability to manage, train, and coach others.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Development Understand your team’s strengths and opportunities; provide ongoing coaching to support growth and performance.
  • Manage all aspects of team operations, including hiring, disciplinary actions, scheduling, timekeeping (Kronos PRO), and time-off approvals.
  • Train RTV Inspectors in inspection procedures and ensure they professionally represent Team TTI at all times.
  • Collaboration & Communication Foster a strong working relationship with The Home Depot (THD) by maintaining open communication and a collaborative approach.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between Team TTI, THD associates, and Genco staff regarding RTV processes and product statuses.
  • Communicate all changes in procedures, schedules, or methods to the team in a timely and clear manner.
  • Operations & Compliance Ensure a safe, productive, and respectful workplace for all employees and business partners.
  • Provide RTV Inspectors with the necessary tools and resources to complete their responsibilities efficiently.
  • Monitor adherence to policies, procedures, and product specifications.
  • Product Inspection & Reporting Oversee and participate in product inspection processes to determine credit eligibility based on purchase date, condition, and completeness.
  • Accurately record credit decisions and inspection data, identify recurring product issues, and manage Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and related documentation.
  • Maintain knowledge of and help drive improvements to the facility’s credit approval rates and RTV percentages.
  • Facility & Equipment Oversight Ensure proper use and upkeep of RLC equipment including laptops, scanners, and other resources.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of overall RLC performance and company goals.
