About The Position

The graduate assistant will provide research support to the Rural Student Success Initiative, which includes data collection and analysis, program evaluation research, and data synthesis. Candidates should be familiar with drafting research articles for publication. The applicant's research focus should be in postsecondary access and preferably have an interest in rural students. Also, candidates must possess a sincere interest in expanding access for underserved youth from rural regions. Requirements

  • Ability to organize and multitask functions to ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Understanding of IRB protocols and application procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use statistical software programs.
