About The Position

14454 - RSA Archer Engineer (onsite) – Austin, TX Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Austin, TX (required)
  • Experience with RSA Archer platform architecture, data model, application configuration, and workflow design
  • Experience with GRC processes, risk management, compliance frameworks, and security control assurance
  • Experience integrating Archer with external enterprise platforms using REST APIs and web services
  • Experience in JavaScript/jQuery for client-side customizations
  • Archer Certified Professional (ACP) OR Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Certification (5 years).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting large enterprise or government GRC implementations (10 years)
  • Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, or regulatory compliance programs (10 years)
  • Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms (10 years)

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, configure, and maintain RSA Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, including Assessment & Authorization, Controls Assurance, Issues Management, and custom applications.
  • Gather and analyze detailed business and functional requirements, and translate them into solution designs, configuration specifications, user stories, and implementation plans.
  • Configure and customize Archer applications, including workflows, forms, questionnaires, data relationships, role-based access controls, calculations, and automated data feeds.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services to enable connectivity between Archer and external enterprise systems such as ITSM, CMDB, or risk management platforms.
  • Implement client-side scripting and dynamic functionality using JavaScript and jQuery within Archer applications.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, integration specifications, testing plans, change management records, and project tracking artifacts.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and user training while ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and security control standards.
