About The Position
Join our team as an RQI Specialist I and play a key role in supporting our lifesaving mission! You’ll be responsible for configuring, refurbishing, and shipping RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) systems and equipment to meet customer needs. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, logistics, and making a difference in healthcare.
Requirements
- Ability to utilize standard policies and procedures related to the position
- Ability to follow safety practices and principles
- Ability to utilize MS Office software effectively.
- Ability to set-up and manipulate software installations
- Must be able to work under short timelines and pressure while maintaining delivery demands.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently
- Willing and able to adapt to changes in the work environment; manage demands in connection with delays or unexpected events.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma
Responsibilities
- Configure RQI systems, including updating and loading software on PCs
- Refurbish manikins and laptops to company standards
- Manage inventory and process work orders using QAD
- Coordinate shipments of refurbished units based on service orders
- Support product repairs and returns (RMA) as needed
