About The Position
Appalachian Field Services (AFS) is expanding our Right-of-Way operations in Georgia and across the Southeast. We are actively building a network of experienced professionals to support ongoing and upcoming projects with major utility clients throughout the state. AFS currently supports large-scale electric transmission and distribution infrastructure programs and is continuing to grow our presence in the Southeast. As part of this expansion, we are seeking qualified Right-of-Way professionals interested in working on utility infrastructure projects in Georgia. Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume for consideration.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working on electric transmission or distribution projects
- Familiarity with the right-of-way acquisition process
- Familiarity with landowner negotiations
- Familiarity with title review
- Familiarity with easement acquisition
- Familiarity with project documentation
Responsibilities
- Negotiating easements and agreements with landowners
- Conducting in-person landowner meetings and outreach
- Supporting title research and document preparation
- Coordinating with utility clients and engineering teams
- Maintaining accurate project records and reporting
