About The Position
Appalachian Field Services (AFS) is expanding our Right-of-Way operations in Pennsylvania. We are actively building a network of experienced professionals to support ongoing and upcoming projects with major utility clients throughout the state. AFS currently supports large-scale electric transmission and distribution infrastructure programs and is continuing to grow our presence in the Southeast. As part of this expansion, we are seeking qualified Right-of-Way professionals interested in working on utility infrastructure projects in Pennsylvania. Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume for consideration. Qualified candidates will be contacted as project needs and staffing opportunities develop. This posting is intended to identify professionals interested in working on current and upcoming projects in Pennsylvania.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Negotiating easements and agreements with landowners
- Conducting in-person landowner meetings and outreach
- Supporting title research and document preparation
- Coordinating with utility clients and engineering teams
- Maintaining accurate project records and reporting
