Position Details Role: Roving Property Manager Communities You’ll Support: Woodburn, Molalla, Silverton, Forest Grove, St. Helens, Sandy, Albany, Salem & Independence to name a few! Schedule: Full-time; must be ready for weekends, holidays & after-hours emergency support Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a 60-minute lunch Reports To: Director of Property Management Classification: Non-exempt, eligible for overtime Pay Range: $25.00–$35.00/hr DOE Why This Role is Exciting Every day looks a little different — in the best way! You’ll also wear a few fun extra hats from time to time, stepping into support roles like Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Agent to keep operations humming. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and ready to jump in during weekends, holidays, or after-hours emergencies when community needs arise. If you're ambitious, this role can be a launching pad. Physical Requirements This role keeps you moving! You’ll regularly stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, twist, talk, and use your hands for documents and office equipment. You may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs or stepstools, and push or pull objects. Some tasks will take you outdoors in different weather conditions, including inspecting grounds or driving a golf cart. Focus, coordination, and the ability to thrive under occasional pressure are key.
