About The Position

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Roving Leasing Consultant to join their team. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, with an expectation to be comfortable working weekends on a Wednesday-Sunday schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves greeting and assisting prospective residents, conducting property tours, completing leasing paperwork, maintaining accurate records and market surveys, ensuring community appearance and curb appeal, supporting marketing efforts and resident events, collaborating with vendors, and assisting with unit turnovers.

Requirements

• Prior leasing experience
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Self-motivated and deadline-driven
• Comfortable working weekends (Wed–Sun schedule)
• Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Proficiency in English and basic math
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs., climb stairs/ladders, and work in varying weather conditions
