About The Position

Roving Assistant Property Manager – Clarksville / New Albany Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Roving Assistant Property Manager to support our communities in the Clarksville/New Albany area. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents through the full leasing process
• Prepare and execute lease documentation accurately and efficiently
• Maintain resident files in YARDI (digital and physical)
• Handle incoming phone and email inquiries professionally
• Support Property Managers with resident relations and community needs
• Provide leasing coverage across assigned communities as needed

• Pay: $21.00–$25.00/hour plus up to $100 per lease commission
