About The Position
We’re seeking an energetic, engaging Floating Assistant Manager to support leasing and operations across our West LA portfolio.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- 2+ years in multi-family property management
- 2+ years with Yardi or similar software
- Proficiency in MS Word/Excel; strong marketing skills
Responsibilities
- Show and lease apartments; post and monitor ads
- Handle calls using professional leasing techniques
- Support marketing initiatives and stay current on market conditions
- Process applications, credit/background checks, and move-ins
- Collect rents, deposits, and record resident activities
- Submit maintenance requests and ensure compliance with Fair Housing
- Assist Property Managers with daily operations
