If you know your way around tools and systems like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, or landscaping we want to meet you! Youll travel between our properties to make sure homes are safe, clean, and ready for our residents. Topeka, KS 66614 Sagebrook Townhomes 660 Gateway Ct., Lawrence, KS 66049 What Youll Do Travel to different properties to handle maintenance and repairs Tackle jobs like fixing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, doors, flooring, landscaping, and more Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to keep everything running smoothly Help prep units for new residents and handle regular upkeep for existing ones Stay on-call occasionally (About one week every 8 weeks) Keep maintenance logs and support snow removal during the winter months What Youll Get Pay: $20 - $30/hour based on experience Monthly bonuses based on occupancy: Up to ~$450 (normally around $200-$300) Tool reimbursement: $10 per paycheck ($260/year) Great benefits: $650 employer contribution Medical (HMO & PPO), Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off: 2 weeks PTO 7 paid holidays Optional coverage: Short-term disability, HSA, FSA, and more! What Were Looking For General maintenance skills: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, appliance repair Valid drivers license and clean driving record Computer knowledge (typing, spelling, able to use tablets for work orders and communication) EPA certification preferred or willing to obtain. ( Exam fee reimbursement available) HVAC certification preferred or willing to obtain. Requirements

  • General maintenance skills: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, appliance repair
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
