Rentals To Go is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator who will serve as a key player in both customer service and dispatch operations. This position combines front-line customer support with logistical coordination to ensure a seamless experience for our customers from inquiry to delivery. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound communication across multiple channels (phone and email), provide exceptional service, resolve concerns quickly and professionally, and support the in-bound sales process. In addition, when needed, they will be responsible for daily dispatch activities, creating, monitoring, and adjusting routes to ensure efficient use of drivers, trucks, and equipment. The candidate must be willing and able to float between both customer care and dispatch duties as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations. Flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork are key to success in this role. This position requires strong communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A clear understanding of RTG’s service model, systems, and product offerings as well as the ability to adapt and prioritize. This is essential to success in this role.
