This role involves ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of medical linen and clothing, providing customer service, and addressing account issues, concerns, and complaints during on-site customer visits. The RSS is also tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction through the efficient and professional processing of paperwork and account data/information.
