The Route Support Specialist (RSS) is primarily responsible for professionally covering for Route Service Representatives (RSRs) who are on vacation, have called out, or for open routes, while also providing general team support. Key duties include ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of medical linen and clothing, providing excellent customer service, addressing customer account issues, concerns, and complaints during on-site visits, and maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient and professional handling of paperwork and account data.
