About The Position

The Route Sales Supervisor is involved in the daily operation of the sales and distribution of our products and services. In addition (s)he is the company’s main contact with our route sales drivers. In the event of a shortage of drivers, the route supervisor must be ready and qualified to take over the route and deliver product with our equipment at any time.

Requirements

  • Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hours.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Minimum age: 21
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical.
  • Must have a Commercial Driver’s License, be at least 21 years of age, and have good driving record.

  • Past route sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the inside of the trucks are clean, be able to perform routine maintenance on the trucks, and work and drive in a safe, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Be able to stack and unstack items weighing 50 pounds from a height of approximately seven feet to the ground and back continually; be able to drag stacks of milk weighing approximately 240 pounds throughout the shift; load and unload truck and carry merchandise.
  • Follow all safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by management.
