The Route Sales Representative (RSR) is responsible for providing optimal levels of service to our customers by ensuring they are stocked with product and serviced as scheduled. This role sells and delivers coffee, tea, and related products to our customers with a responsibility for growing assigned route sales thru penetration of existing customer accounts, selling incremental categories and products, and retaining existing customers. Typical Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am start time; 1 overnight every other week with expenses paid Route: Colorado Springs, CO South to Pueblo, CO and surrounding areas Driving Requirements: Valid Drivers License required. Must be able to complete a successful DOT physical Compensation: Base Salary + Sales Incentive up to 20% of Base Salary
