This is a fast-paced job for someone who enjoys staying active, helping customers, and stepping in wherever needed. You’ll cover routes, support daily operations, and help grow the business by delivering great service every day. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (Class E where applicable)
- Must be 21 years or older with a clean driving record
- At least one year of safe driving experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle physical work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Cover delivery routes for vacations, holidays, and open routes
- Perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative
- Make deliveries, handle customer questions, and build strong relationships
- Support operations with rush deliveries, audits, training, and renewals when not on a route
- Up-sell and cross-sell products while providing excellent customer service
- Safely operate and maintain a company delivery vehicle
- Handle payments, paperwork, inventory, and accurate deliveries
- Perform physical work, including lifting, loading, and unloading textiles
