Respond to Customer complaints and comments Run Route Relief for vacation and sick schedules (Be able to run various routes as needed) Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are being met Respond to customer complaints and comments Create and implement merchandise, display plans, and promotions Qualifications WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Proven relationship builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills, ability to coach, train and team build Excellent listening, organizational skills, time management, and communication skills with strong attention to detail Task Management - follow through on projects Vending or similar industry knowledge a plus Current Valid Driver's License and safe driving history Willingness to travel every day to and from customer site in all-weather elements, driving a company vehicle Ability to work as a team and work well with others Ability to maintain constant contact with the customers Problem solver
