About The Position

Braun Intertec, a leader in the engineering and environmental consulting field, is seeking a Night Shift Route Driver at our Bloomington location. This is a seasonal position in our Construction Materials Laboratory. This position is roughly 2/3rd driving and 1/3rd lab technician. Work schedule is Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 pm – 2:00 am (hours are somewhat flexible, could potentially be reduced to 32 if needed). This position starts at $25/hr.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and pass MVR as required.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
• At Braun Intertec, we are a Drug-Free Workplace and require all new hires to complete a pre-employment drug screen test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle report.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift Certification a plus
• A CDL is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive one of two routes (north or south) to other Braun Intertec locations in the Twin Cities metro area to pick up/drop off materials, and samples, and return them to the Construction Materials Lab at our Bloomington office.
• Load and unload cargo
• Operate forklift
• Other miscellaneous laboratory tasks as assigned
