About The Position

Maumee Valley Group is currently hiring a full-time Route Driver for our Defiance route . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, a consistent weekday schedule, and the option for additional hours. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Start time between 2:00 AM – 5:00 AM (route dependent) Voluntary weekend work available for those who want extra hours Pay: $21.00 per hour starting wage Increase to $22.00 per hour after successful completion of the probationary period

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to reliably work early morning hours
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry 30–50 lbs regularly
• Ability to bend, reach, and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Previous route, vending, or delivery experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles along a designated route
• Deliver, stock, and rotate food and beverage products at customer locations
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning on coffee machines
• Manage inventory , including restocking and organizing products
• Check and rotate expiration dates to ensure product quality and compliance
• Maintain accurate route, inventory, and service records
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report issues
• Provide professional and courteous customer service
