About The Position

Prairie Farms Dairy, Battle Creek operates as a dairy manufacturing plant and distribution center that covers the whole state of MI and some of the surrounding states. We make dairy products that are then distributed to retail outlets, warehouses, hospitals, correctional facilities, retirement homes, food service warehouses, schools and colleges throughout Michigan. We are currently looking for a full time Route Accounting Clerk to join our team. If you are detail oriented and a fast learner, this might be the perfect job for you!

Nice To Haves

• DSD/ Beverage experience, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handling invoices and billing
• Audit and reconciliation: Investigates over/shorts on load sheets and delivery tickets
• Will utilize AS400 System
• Settling individual sales
• Effectively utilize time available to achieve results through prioritizing demands
• Maintains an air of professionalism and communicates effectively
• Demonstrates problem solving and decision making ability, as needed
• Must demonstrate proficiency in essential tasks of the job and a willingness to learn
• Other duties as assigned or required.
