This is a Monday-Friday position. No weekends. Absolute Elder Care is a multi-faceted healthcare practice that provides primary care service and delivers on-site care to patient residing in assisted living, Independent living, residential, and community settings. We utilize home health care to monitor any nursing, rehabilitation or speech therapeutic needs you may require in your place of residences. We are fully dedicated to serving our patients needs in the comfort of their homes and communities, decreasing the frequency of off-site visits. This allows us to fully commit to our residents and families and offer a deeper insight into the specialized care that is needed when caring for patients that have Alzheimer’s as well as various other types of dementia and memory care conditions.

Requirements

1-2 years experience in geriatrics preferred but not required
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a mobile practice
Unencumbered Florida Nurse Practitioner license
DEA License
Experience with eClinical Works EHR platform preferred

Responsibilities

Work closely with your dedicated Medical Assistant and support staff to ensure patient needs are met timely to reduce hospitalization and improve quality of life
Participate in weekly virtual meetings (via TEAMS) for physicians and advanced practice providers
Participate in Medicare's Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS)
Complete documentation and billing in eClinical Works in accordance with Medicare and practice standards
Participate in provider on-call rotation
Conduct telehealth visits as needed
