About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Operator to run our Rotary Die Cut press as part of our high-performance production team. The ideal candidate has experience in corrugated packaging, a strong mechanical aptitude, and thrives in a fast-paced, safety-first manufacturing environment. Monday - Friday (2nd shift: 2:30pm to 11:00pm) Hourly Rate of Pay is determined by experience in the role. (Ferguson Box offers competitive pay for experience.)

Requirements

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience operating Rotary Die Cut Machine for corrugated box manufacturing.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
Ability to read production work orders, safety instructions, and machine manuals.
Proficient in basic math and measurements

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with print registration, die-cutting, and box styles is highly desirable.
Technical training or coursework in industrial manufacturing or machine operation is a plus.
Proven track record of consistent attendance and strong work ethic in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the Rotary Die Cut machine to produce quality corrugated packaging products.
Set up and make adjustments to ensure accurate cutting, printing, and slotting according to job specifications.
Perform quality checks, including measurements, color registration, and box integrity, to meet or exceed standards.
Troubleshoot machine issues, perform basic maintenance, and communicate with maintenance personnel as needed.
Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and minimize downtime.
Follow all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
Assist with training new team members as needed.
