KP755 - 2 ROTA Nannies - NYC/Greenwich, CT/Travel

British American Household Staffing
16d$125,000

About The Position

A discreet, growing family in New York City is seeking a reliable, kind, trustworthy, loving ROTA nanny to provide care for their 7-month-old baby and future children. Coverage will be split between 2 ROTA nannies, working 24-hour shifts for 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off (the family is also open to 3 weeks on/ 1 week off, if candidates prefer this schedule). The location of the role will be split between NYC and Greenwich, CT. The nanny will live-in on her “on-duty’ weeks, and live-out when she is “off-duty”. While travel isn't a major focus at this time, candidates should be flexible to accommodate both domestic and international travel moving forward. The family are ideally seeking a long-term commitment from candidates, to ensure consistency of care for their (child)ren - long-term nannies who are excited to grow with them, who can build a meaningful relationship with their child(ren) and adapt with care as their needs evolve. They’re seeking warm, thoughtful nannies who are truly passionate and knowledgeable about child development, dedicated to creating a nurturing and calm environment, and who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented household. This is a deeply valued role in a loving home, with parents who respect and appreciate the unique contributions of a fantastic nanny. The family would prefer that applicants do not fly-in/fly out, and they are ideally only entertaining applications from NYC-based candidates. Both ROTA nannies will ideally be hired and in-place by the first week of February, for a comprehensive handover from the family’s newborn care special
