About The Position
An ultra–high-net-worth private family based in Miami with a global lifestyle is seeking a long-term rotational nanny to become a trusted, stable presence in their children’s lives. The family places the highest value on privacy, discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism. Recruitment and ongoing coordination are managed by a personal/family assistant. This role is ideal for an experienced, emotionally mature nanny with strong early-childhood expertise who is confident working within a fully staffed, private household. The position prioritizes emotional wellbeing, secure attachment, and consistency over rigid academic programming. The nanny will work collaboratively with parents and household staff to support the children’s development in a calm, structured, and loving environment. Will provide living accomodations an vehicle for weeks off
Requirements
- Proven experience caring for toddlers; twins or multiples strongly preferred
- Calm, emotionally intelligent approach to routines, transitions, and behavior support
- Ability to balance structure with flexibility in a dynamic household
- Respectful, collaborative attitude toward parents and household team
- Commitment to consistency and emotional safety
- Clear, gentle boundaries with a nurturing approach
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- Open, respectful communication
- Confident yet adaptable working style
- Comfortable with international travel and rotational scheduling
