Requirements

• Current Oregon CADC II certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of group counseling experience
• Extensive experience in addiction treatment
• Working knowledge of OARS for SUD treatment
• Familiarity with CARF SUD treatment standards

Nice To Haves

• Oregon LPC and/or CADC III certification
• Master's Degree
• 5 years of experience providing clinical care and supervision
• Experience with electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient services to ensure the highest quality of care delivery.
• Implement strategies to maintain and increase patient census while focusing on retention.
• Foster the growth and development of both clinical and nonclinical staff.
• Manage financial aspects of the office to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referents and community partners.
• Apply ASAM, Evidence-Based Practices, and Oregon Administrative Rules in service delivery.
