Responsibilities

  • Lead and support front desk associates in delivering Marriott’s Guest Service Standards , including personalized greetings, service recovery, and brand‑appropriate communication.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members on Marriott systems and service protocols.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly using Marriott’s service recovery methods to protect guest satisfaction scores.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to maintain smooth communication and timely room readiness.
  • Support scheduling, performance feedback, and onboarding of new associates.
  • Maintain a polished lobby presence, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment consistent with Marriott brand identity.
