The Rooms Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions to assist with the daily operations of the Rooms Division. This position supports the Rooms Division leadership team with meetings, BEO details, hotel daily info data entry, daily distributions, and internal meeting requests. In addition, this position will assist with the preparation and maintenance of various reports, projects, and documents. This is a full-time position.
