As our Rooms Inventory Manager , you will play a key role in driving the resort’s commercial performance by managing room and function space inventory to maximize revenue and profitability. This role partners closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and hotel leadership to ensure pricing, availability, and restrictions align with market demand and the resort’s overall strategy. What You’ll Do Optimize resort inventory strategy by managing room availability, pricing structures, and restriction controls to maximize revenue and profitability. Translate sales and revenue strategies into system execution , ensuring rates, packages, and inventory settings are accurately built and maintained. Partner with Sales and Revenue leaders to align inventory decisions with group demand, transient opportunities, and market trends. Leverage Marriott revenue management systems and market data to analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve yield and drive results. Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for inventory strategy, advising leaders on demand trends and opportunities to strengthen commercial performance.
