Serve as a communication hub between guests and various hotel departments, ensuring smooth coordination of services and maintaining accurate records of guest interactions. Bell Attendant/Valet: Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, ensuring the safe and secure handling of keys and personal items left in the vehicle. Provide courteous and attentive customer service, assisting guests with their belongings, offering information, and creating a positive and welcoming experience. Housekeeping Support: Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas, potentially including room inspections and inventory management. Develop and manage cleaning schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough room maintenance. Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient operations. Team Collaboration: Working closely with various teams within the Rooms Division and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Learning and Development: Participating in training programs and learning about hotel operations from experienced professionals.
