Requirements

A confident and compassionate leader with a genuine passion for hospitality and high standards.
Detail-driven and organized, with the ability to juggle shifting priorities and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.
Committed to mentoring others and creating a positive, team-oriented culture.
Physically capable of assisting with housekeeping tasks as needed (lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, bending, moving throughout shift).
Experienced in hotel housekeeping leadership; at least 2 years in a supervisory or manager role is strongly preferred.
Comfortable using property management systems and basic technology tools.
Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Clear communicator in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and personalized service across all guest rooms and public spaces.
Ensure all operations comply with OTH and brand cleanliness standards, safety protocols, and guest satisfaction goals.
Conduct daily inspections and provide timely feedback and coaching to team members.
Maintain inventory control and oversee ordering of supplies, linens, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Partner with Engineering and Front Office teams to address maintenance needs and guest requests promptly.
Train new team members and foster ongoing development through hands-on guidance and clear communication.
Manage labor effectively by monitoring productivity, staffing levels, and scheduling needs.
Uphold a culture of accountability, care, and respect where team members feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Respond to guest feedback with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset.
Ensure adherence to all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
