About The Position

Responsible for accurate order taking via telephone Performs non-gaming cashier duties in room service Interacts with room service management Provides Family Style Service to guests at all times. May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experienced Preferred
• Good oral communication and computer knowledge
• Basic math skills or cash handling experience required
• Required to perform the Customer Service Standards of the Department
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
