This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. Responsibilities
- Answers room service telephone and takes guests' orders accurately in a helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Upsells sides, desserts, and beverages to enhance profitability.
- Enters orders into computerized system and settles checks upon delivery of the order.
