The Role As a Room Service Order Taker, you handle in‑room dining calls, take guest food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the system, and coordinate with the culinary and service teams to ensure timely and professional delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Organized, dependable, and team oriented
• Comfortable using computer and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Answer room service calls promptly and courteously
• Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests
• Provide menu information and assist guests with recommendations
• Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and room service team
• Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area
• Follow hotel and food safety standards at all times
• Assist with additional food and beverage tasks as needed
