  • Ability to manage time effectively with minimum supervision
  • Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance

  • Ability to obtain all necessary work cards

Responsibilities

  • Having a detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, beverages, preparation of food, and prices
  • Observing and anticipating guests’ needs, throughout their meals
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the tables/trays and maintaining their overall appearance
  • Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times, including but not limited to plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes
