Responsibilities

• Having a detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, beverages, preparation of food, and prices.
• Observing and anticipating guests’ needs, throughout their meals.
• Ensuring cleanliness of the tables/trays and maintaining their overall appearance. Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintenance at all times, including but not limited to plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs, and dessert dishes.
