About The Position
The Room Service Cashier/Server ensures an exceptional guest experience by interacting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner to promote a truly unique environment and comfortable stay in our Casino Hotels. Ability to answer phones in a friendly manner and answer any questions about the menu. Take and enter orders into the computer, correctly and accurately. Communicates with cooks and server to ensure order is made accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- One (1) to two (2) years previous cashier and/or casino room service experience highly preferred.
- A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered.
