This position requires a candidate with previous experience as a Room Inspector/Supervisor in the housekeeping industry. 1-3 years preferred, though more is certainly helpful. Responsibilities

• Cleaning and returning vacant rooms to occupant-ready status.
• Responding quickly to quest requests for additional items or services within scope of service offered by the hotel.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor when dealing with guests and team members alike.
• Establishing and enforcing procedures and work standards, promoting team performance and safety.
• Establishing a hands-on, proactive management style to facilitate improvements to workflow and room turnover.
• Monitoring cleanliness of lobby and other common areas.
• Verifying each completed room against standard plans to maintain consistency.
• Checking quality of guest room restocking by reviewing toiletries, amenities, and furnishings.
• Inspecting and evaluating hotel rooms for cleanliness, comfort, and overall condition.
• Supervising and supporting housekeeping personnel to maximize quality of service and performance.
