Inspect all assigned guest rooms daily to ensure quality service, including "special clean" items and equipment. 2. Train and monitor room attendants in their daily responsibilities to ensure that house rules, safety rules, security procedures, and housekeeping procedures and standards are achieved. 3. Respond to guest inquiries courteously, resolve issues professionally, and promptly report lost/missing guest possessions. 4. Update management on the progress and status of each area of responsibility; complete required forms and reports; notify laundry of linen requirements for early check-out rooms. 5. Promptly report any unsafe, broken, or missing furnishings, equipment, or fixtures to management. 6. Assist with cleaning rooms during peak periods or without Room Attendants. 7. May assume the responsibilities of the Executive Housekeeper and/or Housekeeping Supervisor in his/her absence.
