About The Position
As a Room Attendant at Hyatt Place, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to clean a designated number of rooms during your shift, adhering to the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This includes removing dirty towels and sheets, replacing them with fresh linens, and ensuring that all areas of the guest room, including the bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom, are thoroughly cleaned, dusted, and sanitized according to established procedures. You will also be responsible for making beds, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning marble and tile surfaces. Additionally, you will remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to designated service landings, and restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens. In this role, you will be expected to comply with Stonebridge Work Rules and Standards of Conduct, working harmoniously and professionally with your co-workers and supervisors. Other housekeeping duties may be assigned as needed. The position requires physical stamina, as you will be on your feet for long periods, and the ability to perform tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
