About The Position
The Housekeeper at Ramada Inn Costa Mesa plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This position is essential for providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests, contributing to their overall experience. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms thoroughly, which includes tasks such as vacuuming carpets, changing linens, and polishing mirrors. Additionally, the role involves cleaning sinks, toilets, tubs, shower walls, and floors to meet the hotel's high standards of cleanliness. The Housekeeper will also be tasked with maintaining various public areas of the hotel, ensuring that all spaces are tidy and presentable for guests. In addition to cleaning duties, the Housekeeper will deliver amenities and requested items to guests, showcasing a commitment to excellent customer service. The role requires compliance with company, hotel, and brand standards, which are designed to promote a safe and efficient hotel operation. The Housekeeper must approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner, reflecting the hotel's dedication to hospitality. The position also includes responsibilities related to stocking and organizing supplies, such as guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linens for housekeeping cart set-up.
